ABOUT THE PROJECT
Ravagée is a quarterly event mixing drag shows and DJ sets. It's a night of untamed energy and high-voltage performances.It's french for "ruined, obliterated" and is used to describe destruction, in both a literal and a figurative way.
The visual identity is centered around a custom lettering and evolves with each edition. Same spirit, different outcomes. It is sexy and daring, polished but punk, elegant but unapologetic.
RAVAGÉE 3
A nod to early 2000s sci-fi and techno, the third edition stars the custom lettering logo as a spinning Tron-like disco cube, supported by groovy graphics.
It was announced entirely online. Photography from past events teased the events. Lineup release, lineup poster and individual artist posts completed the rollout.
RAVAGÉE 1
The first edition was inspired by the liquids you've just ingested tumbling in your body as you're dancing through the night. The wordmark adapts to its environment, filling the space in an organic way.
RAVAGÉE 2
The second edition took place on Valentine's day and the identity was centered around a beating heart held together with branded tape. Ravagee as a refuge for all the broken hearts, or for the ones barely holding on.
